48 F. No snow in sight! Last year the temp was about 15 F and we had 30+ inches of snow on the ground.
Must be that global warming thing...

I don`t know.
Just been out in it to get some cigarettes and it seemed warm outside. Dark and warm. No rain luckily. But where is the snow!?!! No idea about the weather yesterday. We spent the entire day in celebrating Christmas and watching a bunch of good crud on the tellie =3 |

EArlier when i took the dog out I had found out theres this white cold stuff all over the place. I was in shock. and thought "that's not the way I left it!" lol... aka it snowed.. and was freezing.. though i dont know the exact temp... White, grey, no sun.

Snow squall watch for
Corner Brook and vicinity continued Snow squalls giving amounts of 10 cm or more are expected to begin this morning. A low pressure system near Anticosti Island will track into Southern Labrador today. Winds have begun to switch over to southwesterlies as a cold front associated with the low is currently tracking across Newfoundland. Cold Arctic air behind the front will produce ideal conditions for a widespread area of snow squalls for the west and southwest coastal regions. These squalls could locally produce significant snowfall amounts as well as poor visibility in blowing snow. |

Today: Snow squalls changing to a few flurries near noon. Local amount 10 cm. Local blowing snow this morning. Wind southwest 60 km/h gusting to 90 becoming northwest 40 gusting to 60 this morning. High minus 1. Wind chill factor -13 Tonight: Mainly cloudy with 60 percent chance of flurries. Wind northwest 40 km/h gusting to 60 diminishing to 20 gusting to 40 this evening. Low minus 8. |

Hot & dry!
 Supposed to be about 80 on Sunday. And this is the first few days of WINTER. I hate the heat. Night still seem cool, unlike in summer when they are balmy.
