My weather was what most people would say was great. It was lukewarm all day with a cool breeze. I'm not happy with the weather though until it's storming or snowing.

We actually had frost this morning....I saw it on the roof of my front porch....others saw it in their fields....it was down to 38F last night here in KY. One lady said they had this old saying that 90 days after the first cicada is heard, there will be frost.....she heard the first cicate the end of June.....this is the end of Sept.....& she said that she normally doesn't hear them until the end of July.....interesting how nature & weather works together.

Just want to make sure all my beautiful potted plants get inside before the first REAL freeze though....I missed last year, but it was just before Thanksgiving instead of after like the year before......but the year before we had snow almost continually through the winter & last year we had maybe 3 1/2 days of snow

It's interesting how the different seasons effect us.....I ended up being in the middle of a trauma when my mother was dying of cancer & the fall feel in the air really hits me negatively......start having those depersonalization issues & just this rather ickey feeling & have to really focus on doing things for me & for others that take my mind off what the season makes me feel like......before that, fall was always sort of a new start to everything from my college & school days...but 8 years ago, really changed that in a very negative way.....feels good when I can shake the feeling through & it is possible....just a bit difficult at times.

The kids all woke up yelling for the heaters, lol. Had to tell them not quite that cold yet, and I am the one that freezes when it is 98 degrees outside.

Cool this morning 41 F/ 5 C but should be sunny 64 F/18 C this afternoon.
Grateful for the sun after so many days of gray and rain; it was starting to take its toll on my mood. Would have needed to get out the people "grow light" just like for the plants.

Today it will be sunny and 19 C/66 F and overnight only drops a few degrees to 15 C/59 F. We won't see frost up here, in Newfoundland for sometime yet.

Seems like it's going to be consistent thunderstorms all week, same as yesterday here. For some reason, I feel so much more at peace in stormy weather.

This is in Britain (South West):
Showers in the morning, got SUNNY at 4:24 pm and apparently the evening should be dry. Gosh, talking about the weather makes me feel so much better, this is a good thread, thank you.

Another heat wave on the way, with 100+ temps and higher humidity. "Dry" heat is more tolerable.

Typical fall day...went to vintage antique warehouse for yet another run- thru. Jam packed to the gills with....great stuff! Great place to poke about. Like a museum 'ceptin' there's no admission. No purchases...just a nice fall day doing a nice fall thing. Happy early Halloween ever'buddy...it just feels like it somehow.
Thanks for this!
