Today I will tell myself

One thing at a time and don't lose your composure.

A little railroad engine was employed about a station yard for such work as it was built for, pulling a few cars on and off the switches. One morning it was waiting for the next call when a long train of freight-cars asked a large engine in the roundhouse to take it over the hill. "I can't; that is too much a pull for me," said the great engine built for hard work. Then the train asked another engine, and another, only to hear excuses and be refused. In desperation, the train asked the little switch engine to draw it up the grade and down on the other side. "I think I can," puffed the little locomotive, and put itself in front of the great heavy train. As it went on the little engine kept bravely puffing faster and faster, "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can."

As it neared the top of the grade, which had so discouraged the larger engines, it went more slowly. However, it still kept saying, "I—think—I—can, I—think—I—can." It reached the top by drawing on bravery and then went on down the grade, congratulating itself by saying, "I thought I could, I thought I could."

to sleep if I feel I need it, regardless of the time of day.

to try not to feed into the sadness and life is worth living so i am told

to tell myself with this all, i am triggered, not all think i am a monster, and if anyone does, well this is the internet and noone really knows me, yet fully understand me.
also don't feel so bad with most passing up what i had mentioned, some did understand what i was saying
don't feel bad for expressing my opinion, it is a good thing to do.
and actually, it isn't such a horrible thing to have empathy.

Nothing bad is going to happen if I go outside and pick veg in garden and check mail box for hunting and fishing license.
It's gonna be alright....

Today I will say-- get out side and get some sun even if it is just a little.

Good for me for getting something done regardless of the avoidance.

Today I will tell/remind myself- that Good Positive thinking CAN go a long way....

and maybe that good positive thinking can mean for me to go seclude myself out side with a cig for the time being since these people don't want to be nice back

To do what is expected and no more can be done.

Today I will remind myself- I can not do anything for this person besides suggesting them to get help (therapy) and their friends trying to contact me and all, IDK what the deal is-- They know that he needs help, I just hope they realize what I do with HE needs to do it-- Maybe them telling him to get help, will be a bigger impact due to after all I am filthy family to him

I will also remind myself not to let his toxic attitude let me down.

I was also let myself know, that my sister gave me a great suggestion, however with getting this mean growly sarcastic IDK what the right word is-- but "SO you know all my ****, how have you been"-- that he does not care, and he just wants someone to tear down right now or to do the "you should be doing this moron, your doing it wrong" thing to me-- and I am the easy target for that stuff for him- I wont allow it. That is why I have not been telling him anything personal- i have been struggling with some things but been tryiing best with it, but I have not been letting him know that due to that vary reason.

Keep this up and you will soon be over 200 again!

to set 3 alarms and get up early and get started on stuff before it gets hot.

Today I will tell myself- remember the next time you are so angry that you are allowed to be- don't get upset that you are angry- accept that you are angry geez whiz kids, simplistic is sometimes the answer.

Today I will tell myself as well- that just because I feel this "epiphany" I need to remind myself that it is a learning and growing thing- not a total- Hey All the pieces are together now! Still have work, still will have pain, but not to get so discourage when it pops up again.

that I don't have to all bad habits at once, but that I do have to make some step in the direction of improvement today.

To be patient...my parents will be home August 1.
