Today I will tell myself that getting up earlier in the morning sure seems to be making my days go way better, so I better skip the late shows on TV at night, get to bed at a decent hour and keep getting up in the morning.

Today I will tell myself-
that maybe this "feeling" of giving up, is really just a thing that I feel like I need to give up on..... i.e. perhaps a thought or an idea-- and not really as a whole as "giving up on life". Perhaps I should try to find out what I need to give up on that is futile
