I just read back to when I last posted. I will tell myself a lot of what I've read above. It's better than what I could think of myself.

I will do better tomorrow.

to calm down, get some real food, and it will be ok.. let the annoyance of society and one of pet peeves pass.

... what needs to be said at the time.

to take some time for enjoyment.

. . . that I'm already doing better today than I did the last two days, so just keep going in the right direction.

did one thing for myself out of minimal routine. hoping for more success today.

Today I will tell myself that I am beautiful regardless of what others say, and that its ok to take things slowly.

di, i had a dream about that i was at the beach participating in a surf exercise/competition...it took me for-ever to finally get my board to the surf. I would not give up! When i finally reached the surf, the wave were huge and breaking wildly right on the shoreline. I remember thinking, "oh for God's sake..." while thinking "how am I going to get thru THAT?!"

You don't know what you want so quit looking for it.

Today, I will tell myself-- remind myself-- as I have posted this before--- positive thinking can go a long way, however I will add-- to be realistic with the positive thinking, and realistic does not mean to be pessimistic.. Don't expect too much but yet do not expect nothing...

Also I will tell myself, don't give up on flow just due to I seem to be able to only apply it out of no where times... if I can apply Flow at times, perhaps I can figure out a way to channel it when needing too- I am sure a difficult task for a me... but a possibility of it as well,... perhaps it is all in the thoughts while doing something?

Also telling myself, that the above blurb, i did tonight again at work--- however, I am now feeling doubtful with the achievement of it due to it will not be appreciated, however with saying that -- I realize, that is crushing flow, no after thoughts perhaps with flow is the way that I need to be? Due to at the time of doing what I did, i was not thinking of praises or being yelled at about it, I was just doing due to I knew I could, why not, and just did... but after words-- realized that it is something that I don't get paid to do either, as well as someone else sees it as stepping on their toes as well... oh well i say, if that is how they see it instead of me trying to be helpful- that is their problem-- I know my attention at the time were none of the such.

I will also tell myself today, as we all know, it is difficult to live in a world with others... however, as long as I can still look at myself in the mirror each day-- the others do not really matter now do they? (well except for the love ones others-- but ya know what i mean right, the others out there---)

I am told I must change ... change to what? How to I accomplish the change ... some days the only change I have are nickels and dimes.

For beauflow: You are not so lost. Doing good is always good.

I never expect anyone to notice or acknowledge anything I might do that is 'over and above' what is normally called-for. I have learned that in seeking that, I will only be disappointed. Instead, I've found much more peace in just letting it 'be'. No one ever has to notice. That way, I am not strung-out, waiting for something that never comes, and I save myself disappointment & possible resentment, as well---both terribly toxic emotions for me. It might be a Zen thing, or a deeply Christian thing, or even something else---either way, I've just given myself over to much healthier ways of thinking by embracing that approach.
