If what you are doing is not working, what are your options? Accept or change? You choose.

My problem is I know no other options. That is why I require assistance from others. I have exhausted all options that I know of and they haven't worked, so I keep going round in circles. I do not know how to steer the wagon off this course.

I have lost sight of my options before. Well, then the option becomes the cycle, like yours. I do need the outside influence. My T is great for this.

My H has been great for this. I'm sharing things my T has taught me. I think it helps him, if only for a moment sometimes.

Have you a T or an SO?

I am certainly going to miss seeing my T tomorrow (thanks to my so called CPN) I still don't know where I stand with my therapy, It confuses me and is damn upsetting, My CPN is suppose to visit me once a week (what a joke) I call her and she doesn't call me back, My T has tried too and says she will be in touch when she hears from her.( I am ranting I know)

Due to my recent trip to emerg, they are setting me up again with a counsellor I used to have. It takes a while for the processing to get done though.

The well head has split again and water is running down the driveway. I had to shut down the pump. No water until this is fixed. I hate this winter.

Still riding the wave of wholesome goodness I get from falling in love with my best friend. Seemed quick and a bit of a shock, but has been there all along. Can't wait until he is in my arms again...

I'm 47, qualifying for middle age, so do I place an order for this "Knowledge of the world"? I don't seem to possess this knowledge

I just put a caramel candy into my coffee, expecting some great, amazing new taste and it was amazingly just so-so. Not very impressed. Not yucky, but just meh.

Amazingly they had the part on hand this time and were able to fix the well today! I brought home a bunch of water and wipes that I won't need right now, but it's a good thing. Now if the new furnace would come in soon we'd be in good shape.

It is so much easier to blame my Avoidance for not doing laundry than it is to admit that I am just plain lazy and don't want to do it.
