I am thankful that I get to see my daughter in a few hours. I need her love in my life! I know she is the only reason I have not just given up. And today is a day where I would just as soon give up.

My health. Maybe not my mental health...but my physical health. The ability to move and roam and be independent. On bad days (like today) it's one of the main thoughts that brings me some peace of mind.

My cockatiel Buddy is a female, not a male I was told last year. She "chats" with me politely like a Victorian aunt. :-)

A pleasant and helpful person on the other end of that phone.
Having to find a permanent solution to my getting-a-new-doctor-issue is proving to be very triggering! I am so glad I had the good fortune to finally get through to someone polite and informed, today. |
