My therapist reading another chapter of 'Teacher Man' to me on the phone. Especially, since I'm on vacation. I emailed her a thank you, she emailed a thank you back. I know what her thank you's mean now, and I can take them in.

I'm thankful for the food on my table. The fresh water from my tap. The roof over my head and the clothes I have. I am thankful I at least can cosponsor one child who lost her parents, had her since she was 8, she is 14 now. Maybe I should write her? I am thankful I did not have severe abuse in my life. I am thankful for the cats I know and the cats I've known.
And today I'm going to meet ponies!!!

I cut my hand pretty severely while preparing holiday food earlier in week, and am very thankful, so far, no infection! A bit handicapping, but could be much worse!

For the same reason I wrote in the How's your weather today? post----It's FINALLY cooler and less humid here, and I can BREATHE and be active again!!!!!! MUCH more normal for around here, and seasonal.
Am hugely grateful for this.
