Checking in (How do you feel today)? #3

I feel like I need to go back to bed. I'm also in one of those moods where I don't want to talk to anyone for the next 6 months or so.

I'm back from Tulsa and I had a great time! I made new friends and we had a good time. Went to a Lebanese steakhouse and it was really good. Now I'm feeling that old ache coming back and I've been thinking about him again.

A bit foggy and scattered

Feeling a bit victorious for pushing myself to get laundry done and put away. Feeling tired due to bad sleep patterns. Feeling kind of blah due to the dreary weather again. Overall...so-so.

So far so good

I feel pretty good??? Shhhhhhhh...

Well its wintery here again and I have lots to do so time to get myself going. At least the sun is shining

I'm drained...would rather crawl back into bed instead of being yelled at by angry people on the phones.

Woo Hoo I am just happy as a clam today......I needed it too!
After being so low...I mean low...yesterday today is like the stratosphere!

We picked out a car to replace the one that is not worth fixing. It helps to be done with the indecision, but it's still a financial worry. It has lower mileage than our old car which is a plus.

Spent the day in outpatient therapy, bird watching with my kittens, and working out. I had a pretty good day!
But I've also been quite manic for the past couple weeks, so I'm nervously anticipating a crash in the next few days...

Been suffering from insomnia the past few days and not sleeping much. Feeling tired but not sleepy. Then, when my overnight shift comes, I have difficulty with energy. Once work is over, I am bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

Off to a gig tonight with my daughter she has ASD and gets anxious so easy, It is her favorite group though so hopefully she will be ok but the crowds are a bit of worry as she can't cope with them and I can't for that matter, Anyway maybe I am worrying over nothing

I don't know where time is going for me today././. but i suppose that is good- the quicker 06:30 gets here, the sooner i can go to sleep right?

Urgh, today sucked. My back pain has flared up again (pinched muscle and possibly nerve) so I'm supposed to rest and not do anything to exacerbate it. Fat chance of that happening! Housework never ends and asking for help with it isn't worth the complaining I then have to listen to. I just hope it doesn't last the 4months it did last year!

i feel so ****ing sad that i will drown the whole universe if i start to cry .

I just kind of numb today and I know the weekend is going to suck, so I'm looking forward to Monday?!?!?

Up and working even though I could be asleep. Oh well...at least my head is behaving, and that's important.

I feel pretty good again, it's been 2 days and the sun's been out for both of them, i think that is probably the excuse for feeling good today too. I was so sick of winter.

I feel tired and run down, and I miss him. I'm a little achey and I'm not feeling on top of it.

I slept well today. Feeling more rested. Had a good meal when I got up, now going to make a fresh pot of coffee. Today is okay.

Been a very tough day and I feel like a could sleep forever.
I am feeling every emotion right now.
