Nervous. Anxious. Stressed. Frustrated. Disgusted. Trying to counter that with: remaining hopeful and trying to think positive. Put.positive energy out there.

Emily Dickinson comes to mind often the past 12 hours or so...Hope is the thing with feathers / that perches on the soul ...

trying to get used to new glasses...ugh.

I'm being attacked by bills...

meh, i should had gotten more sleep but if i would had done that, i would had been more stressed out with what i have to figure out....

annoyed a little-- is it just me, or isn't 15-20 minutes late vs an hour and half late, a big difference?
I know, late is late, but isn't the time of the lateness anything to matter?

my tummy hurts again but whatever...

I will go make a smoothie for my day, and surely will feel better for a few moments with the fruity smell and taste

Nervous, and aggressive - Seeing Psych tomarrow umm, well, getting more and more o.k. with it, but still verry cautious, but a bit - I can remember when basically it was not even hello - more like just give me my scripts so I can get out of here and be left alone.

Feeling a little stressed out (as usual) but otherwise, i'm quite fine.

Feeling lonelier as the time for my son's departure nears in three weeks. Could this be a sense of abandonment? I want him to do well.

My girls on their way home. My oldest will be move to Pennsylvania in the next 4 or 5 months. My younger girl will go whereever her boyfriend is stationed. My family is moving farther and farther apart and I'm having major issues. I wish they were little again.

Had a bad start to the day but hoping it gets better. Going to curl up on the couch with my fiancé and watch a movie.

anxiety down deep in belly.Its Good Friday here and ive sent happy easter to my kids and family...............Not one reply,makes me wonder if ive done something wrong.

Better

Morning better than previous mornings as spent more time out doing errands than usual. Time was spent efficiently. Best of the week. Of course, not all things could done, just different goals reached.

I feel about as good as I possibly could feel. I probably should be more stressed out over some things but eff it! No one solved anything by complaining about it

I am feeling so much better in myself

I feel like I haven't slept in months and like I have no mental strength left in me.

I see you are in Canada as well. Is your counselling by some government health organization or private? I tried private but it is too expensive, I can barely afford it once a month and very difficult with my financial situation. Otherwise I am on a waiting list and last time I called they said there is a minimum 6 months wait(what a ridiculous thing to say!) and then I am guessing there is some more wait time.. so yeah..

I was feeling pretty good until the unannounced what to do about the household budget discussion while getting ready for work?!?!

The weather is windy, cold, grey and depressing. Not a feel good day.
