I installed a security light system for my sister and then helped my neighbor take care of the huge mess that an unscrupulous (nicest word I could think of) contractor left behind.
Karma if you know my name please give me a sign

Looking up a word to see what it really means, which really rests my mind.. *Light Bulb Clicks on* Oh I get it now
It is sad that I am not the only one that misuses words---- I think the word I looked up a lot of people around me in real life misuse (this at work) and not used in the context to which it really means. but hey-- wait-- it's english, so we are all confused right?

I came to work even though i feel shut down today...

My son is home more often. I hope that is not out of a sense of obligation on his part to keep me company, or an indication that he and his girlfriend are pulling apart. His presence makes me happy though.

My therapist started with doing some positive psychology and the first thing he asks me is to tell him one thing that went well today. I told him I did not kill myself.

My son called me outside on our deck to see an eagle soaring above us. I always love to see them. And sorry, but another beautiful, sunny, warm day.
Can't complain...

Just one?
Matcha birthday-present tea in milk.
It's a swim day.
No exams.
Quiet around here for once.
Got a free insulated lunchbag at the bank.
Found out my feet are narrower than they used to be - this will help knowing what shoes to get. (Got longer so now narrower proportionally.) No wonder the narrow shoes have still been too wide!
Thanks for this!

The effexor is helping me open up more. I am a bit chattier with my coworkers already. I had a good work shift.

Told myself I am not a monster.. that seems to have helped a little today.

Told myself that ---- laugh at work's lack of communication bs, because lets face it, getting angry does NOTHING but hurt myself and waste precocious time.. Doesn't mean it is not important to communicate but these jokers here don't get that- and I certainly can't make them do it or get it. so just worry about me... even though that may be selfish
