I sometimes get really bored and then lonely because i just seem to have nothing to do and nobody seems to be inviting me out to any places. Plus I have applied for some volunteer work at this library and they still haven't even called me back yet. And I constantly hear this stupid bird cawing outside my window which gets really annoying. I wish he would just leave so that he wouldn't have to bother me. He is so annoying. Why do they make those noises anyway? Seriously? And yeah, I'm lonely because nobody seems to want to talk so when I come to this forum and people don't talk to me, it makes me even more lonely. Yet nobody seems to care about me because nobody wants to talk to me. Everybody keeps telling me that they are trying to find the right words to use on here so as not to damage somebody but i think they just don't want to talk to me because i'm just all about myself. I am not interesting at all to you, huh?
and what makes me mad is when these stupid birds always follow me home you know? Like as soon as i walk out of my school, the birds just start flying to a place near our house. it's so annoying. what am i attracting birds anyway? they caw so loud outside. I hate when that happens. it's annoying and I wish i could just get rid of them. they don't seem to disappear at all. |

i wish there was some way i can drive out those stupid birds. apparently the cause of their caws is that they are attracted to trees. i wonder if making a scarecrow will get rid of them? boy, i wish we can cut down our tree so that the bird won't caw anymore.

Could you try some of those wind spinners in the tree? or is it not your tree? They must be near a food source there. I've heard fake owls work but I've never tried it. Is it a baby bird? It's not a temporary migration type thing is it? Our trees are loaded some times of the year.

Those are probably crows, we have them in our village and there are alot of them here too, i know what you mean you wish you could shut them up right? They follow us in our cars, just joking, but do they know something we don't know? It is probably something natural to that type of bird. I see your posts and sometimes answer them do you see them sometimes. I am not always at my computer, but alot. I may have just skipped over a few posts if someone has already said what I would have said.

they're out of their minds if they keep making noises like that. on some days they just go away but eventually they all come back. i want to get rid of our tree, if only it didn't have fruits on it.
do i see them? oh, of course. I see them going down the street with me sometimes and as soon as i get to school they start cawing. i've noticed that many times. whenever i'm around, they caw. they must hate me or something. |

they don't literally follow me but i see them flying and cawing at the same time and i don't know if they're the same birds but they just caw. wonder if that's how they actually communicate.

Heyitsme, what the birds are doing has nothing to do with you. They are birds doing what birds do. I understand the noise can get very annoying, but they aren't doing it to annoy you. They are doing it to communicate with others. Again, they are doing what comes naturally. How about listening to some music in headphones so you don't have to listen to the birds?

Yes, crows are loud, raucous sounding things. Their calls get really obnoxious really quick. Even my parrot yells at them occasionally to shut up. I don't know how to get rid of them. They go away on their own accord.
A funny but true story is how my grandfather, a farmer in Kansas, got rid of crows. There were a huge flocks of them in the fruit trees by his house. The crows were eating the fruit of all the trees in their yard, leaving my grandmother with nothing to make a pie from. My grandfather tried using a scarecrow. That worked for one day. He tried firing his rifle in the air, hoping that the noise would frighten them away. Nope. He shot a few of the crows. Still didn't faze them. So, he came up with a solution that killed many of the crows, frightened off the rest and decimated his wife's favorite pear tree. He filled a coffee can with nails, placed it in the pear tree, stuffed a stick of dynamite in the coffee and lit the fuse. KA-BOOM!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

of course not. however, it is very amusing. if only i were living in a rural area would i have taken the risk, but on second thought, i don't want to do that because it's too costly and i don't want to blow up too much of that.
