Oh so 'bad' at bfast: , I had a *gasp* homemade brownie(I have kids, they are all gone now)
Along with 2 large coffees.

Lunch, leftover school lunch, what do they call them now? ahhh...breaded cheese sticks with golden corn, and I had a mixed fruit cup(just 4oz a cup )
a bottle of water

Then another coffee...it's gamenight!!

And for dinner, salami and cheese on a half a pita with mustard and pickles(the bread and butter kind)

And am enjoying a seltzer water--cranberry Lime.

Looks like I am back to toast and yogurt in the morning...

So far, a decaf coffee and a few bites of red pepper (am making a pizza to enjoy while watching hockey.) It's very veggie-heavy, my pizza.

Breakfast: vanilla oatmeal made with almond milk & a bowl of cherries.
Lunch: peanut butter and strawberry jelly on whole wheat, a pear.

Looking forward to having a nectarine later. Mom bought lots of fruit yesterday, thank goodness. :P

Breakfast: burnt oat bran with apples, almond milk, almonds, pumpkin seeds, honey and cinnamon. It actually tasted good. Couldn't tell it was burnt at all.

Lunch: perogies fried with cabbage and onions, with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkled with chili flakes and ground pepper.

A big nice chicken salad for breakfast/lunch.

Some left over chinese food for dinner, but it wasn't bad I heat it up good.

I didn't throw anything up today, so I am extremely thankful.

Looks like the Nexium the doctor gave me really helped
