morning - 3 strong coffee w cream

lunch - frozen peas, a polish sausage*, a grapefruit

supper - a burrito, korean soy sprout salad, some pickled beets from last summer

I'll have something else later, maybe a protein type smoothie or some fruit n yogurt w cottage cheese.

*in the past would have had that with bread and mustard, not peas. Trying to cut down bread and eat more veg. It was good.

I love coffee too!! but I have to cut way down. so instead, scrambled eggs with spinach and cheddar, ritz crackers with turkey and cheese, and rocky road ice cream. I gotta go on a diet tomorrow, because I'm sure I will have to have more ice cream before bed.

I ate a Philly cheesesteak sub with fries. I had a coupon for a free sub on mother's day so mine was free and I brought a sub home for my sleeping son and put it in the fridge. It is really hard to even do something as simple as eat together but both our sleep schedules are totally erratic.
