Dinner: 2 slices of pizza. 1 can of coke.

I had a very nice salad while I was baking cookies for my daughters massive end of school sleepover this friday. (there are literally about 2 dozen 7 year olds headed over to her house on friday night)'I did endulge in a few cookies myself

B- a thin slice of cooked ham
snack - crisps(chips) and a bottle of fanta
L- a pot of prawns at the beach
supper - steak, chips(fries) peas and salad with half a bottle of white zinfandel wine...well it is my birthday after all!
