Egg beaters, 16oz coconut water, 8oz lamb stew, beetnik martini, lemon blueberry martini. So far I kept it down. Usually drinking sets off a binge but for some reason not today.

breakfast - rice crispies with rice milk, a 200ml carton of 100% fruit juice
lunch - wheat free pita stuffed with salad and thin sliced steak, a bottle of water
supper - warm chicken salad, 250 ml biere

I had half a pint of blackcurrant and lemonade in the pub when i stopped to charge my scooter on my way home this evening and am now half way down a bottle of water

Do you mind me asking what brand of rice milk you drink? I cant find one that i like.
I normally drink Almond milk or Hazelnut milk, as i cant find a rice milk that i like!

I had leftover egg/green pepper quesadilla (sp?), some cinnamon rolls, and a green tea latte.

Yesterday I had an awesome brunch appetizer.. it was strips of bacon dipped in pancake batter and served with blueberry-maple syrup.

I had a brownie shaped penguin for breakfast...
Lunch i had burger with grilled onions and mushrooms, mustard and ketchup and pickles...with fries and ketchup with fanta orange then after the fanta... sprite
