breakfast: 1/2 banana, 1/2 avocado, some rice with paneer and lamb korma
lunch: falafel donair
dinner: fish, baked fries, salad

And there will be snacks later. Oh yes.

3 slices of toast so far... but it is only 10 in the morning- so by the end of the day probably a whole ot more!

Just had breakfast...sauteed veggies and rice with hemp hearts and flax oil, a poached egg, 1/4 avocado and sliced cucumber. Oh baby.

A butchers in town was selling last off at night 2 cooked chicken,s £6 about $ 4 for 2 i ate one already on my own,

packet of jelly babies

and some chicken with curly fries for dinner

Breakfast: stir fry with rice, sprouts, brussels sprouts, bell peppers, garlic, sausage, tofu, mixed with hot sauce and flax oil, topped with a poached egg and shredded cheese.

Lunch: sandwich on honey oat bread with garlic sausage, cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce, horseradish mustard and mayo; half a red grapefruit (so good and juicy); half a tapioca pudding.

Snack: small apple; a bit of cucumber; dried mango; a bit of cheese; rice crackers with peanut butter (8).

Today I had waffles and scrambled eggs for b-fast, lunch I had pizza and applesauce (not together-I'm not that weird) and for dinner I had pork cutlets, canned corn, and shell pasta in cheese sauce.
