Hey, anything with peanut butter is healthy (isn't it)
Had to laugh the other day....I live near Lexington & had no idea they had a Jiff peanut butter processing plant there......2 of their roasting machines caught on fire.....talk about over roasted peanut butter.

Peanut butter is one of my staples....I get the Peanut Butter Co Dark Chocolate & Peanut butter blend....it's NOT healthy either but it's got a lot less junk than other foods I might snack on.

Peanut butter has protein! It also has some vitamins and minerals. Plus it is satiating which is not a bad thing. I mix it in all sorts of stuff my favorite being vanilla ice cream of course it should be 100% peanuts. On the other hand Justin's nut butter packets with honey are better than a handful of m&m's in the afternoon.

I believe in moderation and balance. If you eat meat don't eat beef every day a and don't eat 2 lbs at a sitting. Maybe even just once a week but then you need to compensate with something else. The more restrictive you get the more work it is to figure out. On the other hand remembering to stay as close to the source as possible is not hard at all an much easier than it appears. Well processed food manufacturers would like you to believe it is difficult anyway. Eating is enjoyable! I can't imagine going to some place in a remote country and asking them to accommodate my restricted diet. I mean you can and I'm not saying you shouldn't. I just don't want to. It's stuff of life!

DR OZ. show had some people on stating that we have meat and fish being shipped in from over seas that are not regulated, and in the main cause of infection of worms in the stomach, that is not falsely detected by medical test performed here. It was just on when they talk about the horse meat ball plant a month or so ago, over seas. As consumers you have to educate yourself, and take things in moderation. Took much of a good thing is a bad thing. I went to my store here in town, a bag of oranges $8.99. I will drive 20 minutes to Walmart to save $3 dollars.
