For some of us, maybe their can be some relief time, maybe some. In today's times almost everyone is stressed with endless reasons why we can be stressed. Trying to work our way to stress relief can make our lives more calm and peaceful. Triggers from relationships, family life, financial loss and others will make this happen.

Sometimes, trying to control these triggers are not easy because they are too difficult to overcome, but trying different strategies, we can see what works for us. Relaxation techniques such as progressive relaxation, breathing relaxation, or even yoga are ways to start.

Thanks for sharing julit! I have a Self-Help book that teaches progressive relaxation and breathing techniques, I haven't gotten into it yet but I will soon
