I love cheese too. Not seeing anyone mention blue cheese yet. I have some on Salads sometimes and it's very nice.

never thought I would enjoy bleu cheese until I discovered buffalo chicken tenders. Yum Yum

working at the deli it was just plain gross. Now I could not eat buffalo chicken without it. Makes a great dippin sauce.

OK.........who likes cheese? see it right there/left front. it comes with chunks (if you dare)

IDK about craving it... but then my allergist always said you crave or hate what you're allergic to....the body does, that is.

I don't want to get off topic, but I crave bacon and skittles. Not at the same time though. and PB Oreos. I enjoy PB Oreos.
I do believe the body remembers what the mind forgets. and knows a lot more than we give it credit for.

No. Sorry! Its a wheel of soft cheese cut open and kind of melty. The white crust on it is called the bloom and happens as the cheese ages. People eat it, they dont cut it off.

Tiramisu is kind of like an italian cheesecake, with the mascarpone in it.

My parents are from around Rome, my dad's sister used to make canasciu with ricotta every Easter.
Thanks for this!
