When you get use to asking the questions (like I'm a seasoned vet...LOL) they come out everywhere even in real life. Hubby gets really irritated...."Do you think I know the answer?"

Well.... essentially, lamb chops are meant to be exactly that - from a lamb. When it is from a sheep - it becomes mutton.
