The only brand ive found that has mascara which does anything for my lashes is Smashbox.

Though I need a new mascara :T mine don't seem to work well. Guess it's time to move to another brand of mascara that isn't e.l.f.

Me too!! I loved it, but I go more natural now.
Foundation, little bit of bronzer on my cheek bones, tiny bit of eyeliner on my bottom lids, mascara and a natural Matte lipstick just to define. Sometimes I will do my eyebrows too but they're thin x

I go through a cycle of wearing it and not wearing it with the height of the winter being when I can't go out without it. During summer I tan quite darkly - and majorly freckle. I can't seem to find make-up that matches my skin tone and doesn't make me look ridiculous. I will lightly blush and don't go out without mascara.

I have a problem with hanging on to make-up. I will buy fresh stuff each year but hoard the old (what if I need that eyeshadow shade I think). I know this is very unhealthy - even dangerous.

Now, I may insult some by saying this, but I find the popularity of gobbing on and highlighting a la the Kardashians absolutely stupid.

Buying make-up as a guy for the first time was challenging but did make me happy. I picked a wrong stick concealer though, it had some glitter in it, so I went back the next day, bought the stick concealer in the right color as well as this liquid one right next to it. And some facial powder (Guys! This is awesome, it lessens the shine on your forehead. Youtube has tons of info on how to do natural make up for guys. They are mostly gay, they know how to make us look good as you'd already know.),

Come to my house and we gone have fun doing manscara and guyliner!
Thanks for this!

I haven't been bothering with much lately, but makeup is one of my greatest pleasures! I love going to the dollar store down the road and searching for crazy colors. My favorite brands are Clinique and Ulta, though.

No offence taken here! I'm a hairdresser so have to know about beauty and make up trends and also fashion and I totally think it's stupid! I do do my eyebrows some days but more subtle and I put bronzer on but this contouring stuff is not really interesting me at all! I prefer enhancing what I've got not painting myself to make myself look like I've had plastic surgery! Make up makes me happy

I wear some makeup, maybe a lipliner and gloss, but I hardly wear foundation anymore.. I really stopped caring about my appearance I think. But I do get my eyebrows and nails done, so all hope isn't lost.

All of the guys I worked with in the makeup industry wore makeup. They are striking. At the makeup counters we are quite used to guys coming around. I love the powder to set the makeup and reduce the shine. Works wonders. Primers work well also.

Yes!!! Lancome has THE Best GWP!! Usually always includes Skincare, Lip color/gloss, eyeshadow, travel size mascara, eye makeup remover! With a $45 purchase! I used to work for them too. I love their Tient Miracle and Tient Visionnaire Foundations.

Actually, ELF can have some good products. I love their liquid eyeliner. Comparable to a Lancome one that I swore by for years. The applicator is a little different, but the end result is the same/or better. But, Lancome is very well known for their mascara's. Check out Beautypedia online. They review tons of makeup, it's a pretty interesting site.

I love makeup. When I was a teen I had a neighbor a few years older than me who did some modeling. She taught me how to apply makeup. I have tons of makeup and nail polish. Most of it is Clinique and Estee Lauder but I do try others. My sister has a tradition of buying me the Estee Lauder Christmas gift set.

I used to buy makeup every time Clinique or Estee Lauder had their GWP but last year I subscribed to Ipsy and every month I receive a small assortment of makeup items. It only costs $10/month and now I am less tempted to shop for makeup unless it is something I need. Check it out. https://www.ipsy.com/
