I am very grateful that a distant family member reached out to me regarding the Canadian branch of the family tree. A whole window has thus been opened to meeting family members and learning the real history of my grandmother's family.

Boy did my mother ever spin a massive lie.

I'm grateful for medications that help us and the people who develop them.

seeing my mental health worker today and discussing some stuff

having some drawers in my room empty, so the space can be used for other things

music

the fact it's almost the end of the week

I was just so happy the weather was ok, I could get the roof down on the convertible. Happy I could take my friend in it and she appreciated the time she spent with me

Yes, and I don't regret that, but I'm still thankful it didn't get me fired. Lol.

So I'm driving to work today, and I'm feeling a bit sleepy and depressed at the fact that it's another day of being somewhere I don't want to be. Unusually I have the radio on(I normally stream music from my phone) and just 5 minutes from work my favourite song comes on the radio. It's Van Halen - Jump for anyone that's interested.

I'm so grateful that someone out there decided that's the song they wanted to play.
