Managing to get through work shift without back giving way.

That I have tomorrow off work.

That tomorrow is Saturday and that the sun is shining

I had a pleasant,restful,peaceful day,and will soon be wrapped up warm in bed.

That I had a day to rest after walking all over the place yesterday.

That my back feels better after PT.

I am seeing my parents this afternoon.

Eight hours straight of deep sleep.

Everything...I feel happy and alive

That my back didn't completely give out while I was doing housework.

I'm gratefull for a break in the weather.

Solitude and the safety and peace of it.

The realisation that yet again I was being used by my mother.

God opening my eyes.

Reclaiming my life,asserting my freedom and independence and putting thicker boundaries between me and my abuser,deciding no contact and no flying monkeys.

Making others secondary and myself important and the priority.

Our warm, insulated house, king size waterbed and being able to have coffee the way I like it every morning.....

day's going quick now (now it's the afternoon)

i'm currently able to function (not in a flashback or anything)

Being warm at home with my children.
Having everything we need and more.

Today I am grateful for,my strength and ability not to go running to my mother because I am lonely.

Being able to relax. My dad and my girlfriend. I went to the shops; grateful to have money to go buy food and what-not. I'm grateful to have my own home to come back to. I'm grateful that my woman doesn't get annoyed with me randomly ringing her up just to tell her I love her and that I miss her. Although to be fair, how could you NOT like that!? xD I'm a pretty grateful guy.

I'm grateful my job is going okay.
