Sometimes our backs can get messed up by small things. I recall fudging up my back as a child once after merely doing a backwards somersault. Had to lay on my back for a while and was in severe pain. Hopefully it goes away by tomorrow, rest well and take it easy!
Thanks for this!

I sneezed one time and my neck froze. Went to a chiropractor and he unstuck it.

Lots of prayers and healing energy so you can knock'em dead at your interview.

Acute lumbago is weird, IDK if it is what you have. But it usually comes from something really minor. When I had mine I just bent forward a little and twisted a little and it was like SNAP!

It didn't hurt so bad sitting down but standing up was really painful.

So, so, so thankful I was able to sleep on my side without any pain. My only issue was I needed to roll over in my sleep which was painful, so I had about half a dozen different dreams.

Hope you're feeling better! I did the same thing a few weeks ago, but I had to go to the doctor to get meds so I could stand to let it heal. So stupid how it can happen with the littlest things! Mine was from coughing too!
Thanks for this!

i too have 'slippery joints'. i do my own chiropractic, or i'd have to kidnap one and keep him in the basement. try having someone pull on your legs, or push your knees up towards your chest. it's best to be laying on the floor or other firm surface, and not a soft bed. best wishes~~!!

and how'd the interview go ?

I have no idea how the interview went. I did the absolute best of my abilities, but the interview only lasted no more than ten minutes. She seemed to like me, and I gave an excellent response to, "How come you were only at the Hilton for six months" to which I replied, "I was hired as front desk but asked to fill in for housekeeping, and it was a highly physical demanding job, and I found I would much rather pursue a career in cosmetology and use my skills in hospitality to be an excellent receptionist."

But the fact it was so short made me nervous, and she seemed bothered that I did not live in the same city (I live about 25 minutes away) and we made a quick conversation about how I grew up there and knew the area well. She said she would call at the end of the day, so here's to hoping!

But at least I felt confident that I did my best and gave some great answers, even if it did seem short.
