I really appreciate this, Eve. Thank you.

A mix of hopeless and depressed. I wish I could sell something on craigslist so I would have money to buy cigarettes and beer.

Considering I use mindfulness so much I don’t even realize I use it, I’m doing pretty well.
Thanks for this!

Very, very sad. My dog, a 14-year-old German shepherd, is doing very poorly. I'm on SSDI & my girlfriend works long hours. During the day, the dog is the only & best company I have. We made an appointment to have her put to sleep on Saturday. There's really no choice, as she's having great difficulty walking & she's become incontinent in the house. I know she's lived a long life for a big dog, but I can't stop crying. I have a hole in my heart.

Close to a meltdown. Can't I just have ONE THING that stays permanent in my life or am I too undeserving of good things for anything to ever stay permanently in my life?

Unusually anxious without yet leaving the bedroom. Like an oxycodone (opiate) withdrawal.

I don't remember the last time I had some...maybe a month.
Wish I had some right now.

I am exhausted. That's about the only word to describe how I'm feeling.
