Eh. I've been dealing with a lack of appetite. Nothing crazy, but... I'm only eating about 2/3 what I normally would, despite living a relatively active lifestyle (biking to work and running/hiking at least once a week). It might have been caused by period-induced anemia. I didn't feel like making a new thread for this, although it's causing some major anxiety since I can't enjoy meals anymore.

I'm tired and a little sore. I was moving boxes of books around, trying to pare down my book collection. I did a lot today and was in a good mood...could be getting hypomanic, too early to tell. I have been very easily distracted, which does not bode well for becoming manic. Hopefully, I'll get adequate sleep tonight. That usually helps with the mania.

Started a new job today. I have a very positive history with this company from 4 years ago. I started out very anxious and tired, since I have not slept well past few days after a mania episode and subsequent crash. I have a terrible headache and was feeling really stressed and physically tense by the end of the day.

some of my former colleagues, who hold a high place in their hearts for me from way back then do not know what I have been through since I left, and what I am going through currently.

I missed a call from my med nurse to talk about the symptoms I had since Friday. Hopefully, since I left message back this afternoon, she will call me again to give some advice or something. My pharmacist doesn't think it was a reaction to a new med, but I have had no other trigger for the symptoms. I have been confused and I feel like I am "faking" it or perhaps I am trying to "fake" it today, like I know everything and trying to fit back in to the ideation my colleagues had for me, when I feel like a little child cowering in a corner because I don't remember.

I was told that the unbelievable stress I have been under the past year has literally zapped my recall and simple things I knew/ know have magically disappeared from my currently broken mind.

I have to try, right?

Frustrated. SSI sent me a letter to sign if everything was correct but they made several errors. Meanwhile I have to contact Target because they sent me bad soup but half of me feels it's not worth complaining for $4.

Anxious again. Don't know why this is happening every morning suddenly. Also angry and overwhelmed.

Triggered. I went looking for the name of the song I cannot listen to, found it and managed to set it off on youtube and had to mute the laptop
