The Way We Live!!!!!!!!!!

Well if it is possible i WOULD like to develop a discussion on this thread. you will see now what about.

but first off i would like to say that you can tear it apart or kick it or adore it just FEEL FREE to tell me anything and THEN it will be cool...if people actually take part in it.

here it goes:

I say that every time we get away from the natural we get in trouble!

1.look where we are-we created a completely unnesessary industry of money, which makes us work most of the day and be in pressure. and polute the air and destroy the world...

2. we created a society that makes a status more important than personality-and come on WE ALL KNOW that personality IS MORE important but how many of us have really gotten RID of ALL THE STIGMA, ALL THE STURTIPS?? i know myself i have not yet.....

3. We create different terms such as "Art" for instace-when objectively ANYHTING WE SEE can be examined in terms of composiiton, texture, color,etc. and many othere terms that just confuse us and exist no where but in our heads. WE BELIEVE IN OUR THOUGHTS TOO MUCH.

When the love is lost only then things like unselfishness (correct me if i am wrong) and contribution to siciet y become values.

We kill anymals and eat them and then wonder why do we suffet stomachaches....and such...
We created an the food industry when basically we don`t need to pay money for the fruit on the tree.....and the water... we just became sensitive and weak over the years. we need everyhting perfectly clean.

We use conculators to count and stop useing our brain for it, we sit infront of the PC and TV all day long...we don`t USE OUR BODIES....mostly at work we are infront of PC...(unless it is physical work and then we DO some physical activity)

ho yes AND THIS:
in 21 we are more open abuut it but still in a way sometimes ( and i DO have this problem) are ashamed of sex and such...but i wanted to talk about useing sex for it`s natural function and not controlling birth. We are ready physically to have children let`s say..the latest-14, 15?
but we created such a complicated soiciety that we need a lot of education to bring up a child, when all the baby need to grow healthy is LOVE.

See, i am not going to live in a lonely iland a completely natural life! i live the City life because that is what i grew up with and and used for and for me it`s not going to be "normal"...

i can go on and on but i think you got my concept.

We ARE a part of nature.

look at the sea, the wind, etc,they are so amazing, powerful and FREE.

So we are.

-i know that there are valus in society that are good. stealing and killing and raping are no good of course and it is excepted in society.

but if we are being large and DO halep people in need, if we don`t ame a big deal of property ther eis no reaosn for theft.
if we don`t display sex as a bad things and a forbidden thing there is not reaosn for rape.

this is not jsut waht i say..great phylosophers..but i understand you may not agree thgouh

Many times i better express myself in Lyrics....i KNOW that part of it has been sadi constatly in many other songs..but especially if you read to the second verse adn the last 1..you will see what i mean. i think that this is a healing approach to life...

I understand what you're saying. There ARE people that live life as simply as possible. However, it's human nature to want to advance, to want more, to want better, to want bigger, to explore and to learn new things. All this takes work. To have come up with the idea of money is to simplify the work. The Barter System would only work in a very simple society.

They call this "Progress." Being human, sometimes we err in our quest for progress, but it can't and won't be stopped. Only some will slow their hurried pace to know who they are and understand themselves. Sometimes, it comes too late in life, when we've grown old and useless and we have the time to sit and contemplate life.

i'm so with you ladym. i think what you are doing is taking a large look over how we are, why are we that way, what could we improve... you're asking questions, rallying, offering up your ideas... i think that is human conscience evolution in action...

survivors understand that to never give in, is to never lose... you are not giving in to what has affected you, maybe caused some pain for you, and/or what you've observed has caused pain for others...

Buddha said life is to suffer... then he went on to explain a whole lot more... part of which is that there is an escape from suffering and the way he went about doing that was to raise himself first...

clearly you have held this opinion awhile.. it is formed and it takes courage to look in the mirror... now you are offering help, seeking help... it is a great act...

change with progress can combine and form ascension... with right leaders, right times, right conditions... is humanity there?... it is always there... it is what our history consists of... change and progress.. a favorite poem of mine says "everywhere are heroes" and it is true... spirited people like you make waves that reach outward... similar to the archtypes...

i understand. i can't live the conformity of society at all. i don't live like a criminal. lol. but one thing that stands out is that i'm unable to hold down jobs. it's not just my disabilities. it's also not worth it, for me. holding down jobs cost me my health in a huge way in a big hurry. i can't run around with my head cut off or i'll pay a huge price. i have to live my life at my own pace in order to be healthy.

i know we're getting too much technology and moving too far away from the natural. but there are huge advantages, for me. the internet, for example, and psych central. i'm almost completely deaf, and the 3d world of support groups are totally useless to me because i can't understand what ppl are saying. here, it's all "closed captioned." i'm not missing anything, since i read well. lol. of course, i don't read every single thread. and my phone, which is a tdd, allows me to have phone conversations when i call through the relay service for the deaf. without the technology of my phone and the relay services, i wouldn't been able to have phone conversations and would have to depend on others to do it for me.
