4/10 Spicy chicken sandwich meal from chick Fil a

8/10 baked potatoe with beans

6/10. Spaghetti tacos. I was unsettled while eating them so I didn’t really enjoy them tonight. I like these because I always notice a decent drop in the scale the next day.

1/10 just some plain pasta.

3/10 just a plain hotdog with ketup and mustard

2/10. I had some rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. It was really dry. I’m not surprised though. I used to work at that grocery store and I remember people complaining about how dry the chicken was back then. 4 years later and they still haven’t fixed it.

4/10. I went to Denny’s for dinner. My strawberry lemonade was really good. I tried the peppercorn butter sirloin instead of the regular sirloin steak. It wasn’t too good. I ended up leaving 1/2 on the plate. The dinner bread was ok. The mashed potatoes were kinda salty and watery, but ok. The zucchini and squash was good. I just wasn’t very hungry tonight but my mom wanted me to come with.

8/10 pancakes and eggs

4/10. Jennie O Lean hot turkey sausage links (2) on low carb rolls. Some potato chips on the side. I don’t know. I didn’t love the sausage and I’m still hungry even though I know I had plenty of food

3/10. I had a small piece of roast beef. The roast beef wasn’t very good. Unfortunately I think it’s because I’ve been eating so many TV dinners and other prepackaged snacks and meals that home cooked meals just taste weird to me. It’s not very good. I did also had about a cup of steamed broccoli. So at least It was a healthy meal.

6/10 A veggie burger and fries.

9/10 Lentil soup with baguette, it was very nice. I may be biased cause I made it haha, but it wasn't my recipe so I don't take much credit for it.

9/10. I had a can of light progresso chicken noodle soup. It was exactly what I wanted. I was going to have a stuffed pepper but I couldn’t really stomach one tonight.

3/10. Left over turkey sausage. I still have one link left. But don’t know if I can eat it for a 3rd day in a row.

2/10 it was a snack plate

1/10. My last turkey sausage link with some pasta.

7/10. I had a piece of baked chicken. It was pretty good.

Progresso Clam Chowder soup and vanilla ice cream for dessert

Tonight's was a 10. Fr Onion soup I made a few days ago so well seasoned, with fresh sour dough bread on top with grated swiss & guyure cheese on top baked in the oven....that was my first course.

Then I made orange honey roasted game hen....which was delish. I haven't made that in a long time & forgot to add the crushed pineapple to the basting sauce but it was & is yummy (couldn't eat all of it)

3/10 for chicken pie
