3/10. I had pizza and giant mozzarella sticks. The pizza wasn’t too good. You’d think giant mozzarella sticks would be amazing but they honestly were too much because of all the cheese.

9/10. 3 Eggo pancakes with syrup and whipped cream. I don’t usually eat pancakes and especially not for dinner, but I think I’m going to start doing it more often.

7.5/10 - Beef Stroganoff with Czech bread dumplings and salad greens with beet and orange slices, walnuts, and Balsamic drizzle.

I am a very harsh food critic. I wished I had had more paprika in my stroganoff. I was also disappointed that the tops of my Czech dumplings were flooded with water, though I did salvage the bottom and middles of them.

I'm going to bake salmon steaks topped with lemon slices and chopped chives and serve it with tartar sauce, a veggie Israeli couscous salad, and tomatoes. It should be good.
