Eggo pancakes with 4 tablespoons of Reese’s whipped cream and 2 hard boiled eggs. 8/10. It was an actual filling dinner for once.

4/10. And that was just for the artichoke. The chicken was dryer than a biscuit from Popeyes, and the baked potato was overcooked as well.

8.5/10 - I roasted a chicken, made homemade mashed potatoes in which I put fresh chives from my garden, steamed baby carrots with fresh parsley, and a cucumber tomato salad with tarragon. It was yummy. The only reason I don't give it a 9 is because I wish I hadn't basted the chicken at the end. I would have preferred the skin a bit crunchy.
