Good day so far, I am still very congested and can’t hear on one ear and my voice is not completely back but bronchitis is better, 5th day on antibiotic, so we went out picked up items we painted at a pottery shop, they fired it for us, gorgeous!!! Went to the mall so my husband could pick up my birthday gift, so exciting. Ate in the restaurant we like, took home leftovers enough for two lunches for work tomorrow. And now home likely we’ll be catching up on few TV shows we both like. Good day, and now good evening ahead

I am doing ok! I am proud of myself for going to the gym. Afterward, I went to a talk on rain gardens. It was really interesting and I saw a friend there.

Well, let's get it turned around, then! Throat Coat Tea (has licorice, a potent anti-viral, as well as slippery elm and marshmallow root), Starlight Peppermint candies (peppermint is an expectorant that will help thin the mucus so you swallow easier and cough less), and Organix Cough Drops (none of that nasty Halls after-flavor of cigar butts and death). Greek yogurt is good, too.

You'll never have more than a sniffle again. The tea has zero caffeine and tastes good with honey.
Thanks for this!

I love that tea brand. I have their Green Ginger. I think its sweet how they put little messages on their tea bag ends.
Thanks for this!

I'm feeling very snacky.

Yeah, that tea is great. Any time I get a tickle I drink that, and it never becomes more than a tickle. And with no caffeine, you don't have to worry about it keeping you up all night. Add a few almond Wind-Mill brand cookies and I'm there.

lol That's great. Laughter is pretty good medicine, too, for both the recipient and the adminster.

I am depressed. I don't want to go to work. I am not feeling well at all today. I hate it. I thought I was starting to feel better.
