tummy ache.

I need to stop drinking so fast. nothing wrong with coming up for air

I’m feeling slightly nauseated in a different sort of way then I usually do when I feel sick. Stupid flu shot. I just got it two hours ago. There’s a reason I take care of things myself and don’t seek medical care or get flu shots.

very tired

I thought I was having a reaction to the flu shot, but it turned out to be anxiety. Now after fixing it I’m feeling pretty relaxed.

Have a little headache but otherwise good.

Annoyed.

I have to wake up early tomorrow which is the one thing I hate doing lol

A bit better this morning

I feel ok,not too bad,a little sad again but nothing major.I got to rest today so that pleases me.I am thinking life is going ok for me so far this year.

I have a terrible migraine

I have got irritated and angry.There is this woman from my past we used to be friends,she has joined the political party I belonged to but she is hiding her racist past.I just posted that she always had a cruel sense of humour cos she posts jokes making fun in general at non specific people.So I posted how she always did have a cruel sense of humour like when she and her friend laughed and commented that my sister and I were like two refugees clinging to life in a boat.I though that was racist she thought it was humour and today she was complaining about racism in her neighbourhood herself.It is just double standards and it stinks and makes me angry.So I feel angry right now.She posted the other day a picture of a calendar with cats on and the words at least lonely people have cats,she knows I live alone with my cats.Today again she posts a picture of a calendar with the words ,be like a cat pick and choose a plot.It is obviously poking fun at people,if not deliberately aimed at me,I hate cruel sense of humour people and jokes at the expense of others,the person joking is implying that they are superior to others and it is child playground humour,I hate this so much about this woman I am reluctant to socialise with her.I posted about her making the joke about the refugees in a boat so people will know what she is really like.

I'm slightly sick right now and my stomach has been bothering me for the last two days. Starting to feel a little bit better now, which is a huge relief!

I am still angry.I need to sleep but can't settle down tonight,I am restless.Moody and feel abandonment issues.I am desperate for company.

My migraine is feeling better.

Cant sleep though (another night of not being able to "switch off"

I’m feeling like I might actually fall asleep early tonight.

My back is KILLING me.

Depressed and mix of emotions

Wound up and upset.Someone abused me verbally years ago and told me to commit suicide.Now she is back on the scene and acting like we are friends and like she did no wrong to me ever,like nothing ever happened and that makes me so very angry.I feel angry,I feel wronged,I feel abused all over again.

I'm feeling bored.

Confused and anxious

I’m starting to get nervous about work tomorrow.
