I am still upset about shopkeepers abusing me................I am upset and angry.I don't think they should just get away with it,they are such sick wankers!

Worn out from the week that has been. Thinking of retiring early tonight

Overwhelmed

I'm feeling tired.

I haven’t gotten much sleep at all since Wednesday. I feel like I want to sleep 15 hours.

Mixed emotions

I feel deeply depressed and I am lonely!

A little bit sad, but it will pass.

I'm feeling depressed too. I'm not sure why... just incredibly hopeless about *everything* and stuck feeling.

Nothing seems good. Really struggling to figure out what I can do to change my life. Hating my job, worried that I've been doing the neurofeedback for a month and it's not helping, and very isolated.

And... OMG - made a big mistake driving today (luckily, no accident). Accidentally turned onto an entrance for a paid expressway (and I don't have the gadget to pay), and the exit (i.e. to make a u-turn and get off immediately) was closed. I managed to get off... but am worried because I have no clue where the cameras are located (that get your license plate if you don't have the transponder)... I think I'm going to have to call in a few weeks and check if there are any violations for my license plate, since there have been stories of people not getting the notices in the mail. (If you don't pay when you get the notice, it goes to court and they add a ton of fines.)

The really really stupid thing was... the only reason I was in that part of town (far from where I live, I don't know the area well) - was to drop off donations at a charity thrift store!!! I was trying to do something good.

A bit headachy, and very thirsty. I think I had too much sodium today and not much to drink. I had a giant Pyrex bowl of Cambells chicken noodle soup today. That’s a sodium bomb.

Upbeat but tired

Depressed

Really sad. Woke up with a headache, all day. Have just been in bed basically day, and still hurt. Need to get groceries. Raining. Dreading work. Nothing's good. Sad.

My stomach hurts.

Very anxious this afternoon

I'm unhappy, feeling rather irked. I have annual leave to use up, but have to take a week starting tomorrow and the community that Peggy and I are going to is remote, doesn't have good internet. We are going to North Devon, and the internet even for phones is pretty dire. Only found this out yesterday. Needless to say we are upset. Had I known at the time of booking, I'd have cancelled. Surely these retreats realise we now live in the 21st century?

My anxiety is kind of high. My family thinks I’m perfectly fine since I never show them any extreme emotions.

Tired and a bit stressed

I feel good.I made some decisions.First I am going to drastically scale down what I spend on gambling,lottery tickets and scratchcards will be an odd treat instead of regular purchases.And second I am going to let the meat,which is chicken and fish in my freezer run out and then I will be becoming a full blown vegan.No dairy,or eggs.I will only buy tuna and chicken and turkey for the cats to eat cos I don't think they would eat vegetables.

I definitely caught my coworkers cold. My stress and anxiety and people not washing their hands are taking a toll on my physical health. I’ll probably mention it to my pdoc tomorrow to see if he has any suggestions.

Relaxed and accomplished.

Optimistic and grateful. Grateful for friends.

I am very tired today and I am feeling a lot of fear.
