Um, yeah! Me, too! Disco era = Little Kid!

Finishing my Bachelors but, a little kid at heart?

Disco era was mid-1970’s?

98% of my friends (and I) attended parochial school. The 2% who didn’t were the troublemakers who I wasn’t supposed to befriend.

I Wikipedia-ed this:

“The song is about a girl and her boyfriend (the song's narrator) who go out for a ride together. He pulls her to safety when their car is stalled on a railroad track in the path of an oncoming train. But then she runs back to the car, and is killed in the collision. When her body is recovered, the narrator's high school class ring is in her hand, which was apparently the reason she ran back. The last verse ends with the lyrics: "I'll never kiss your lips again/They buried you today." The final line in the coda asks the Teen Angel to: "Answer me, please."”

Taylor Swift songs and Girls Aloud songs, not cool, haha.

If you don't know who Girls Aloud are they are a British girl group.

Here is one of their songs.

It is a My Sharonna rip off.

Some of the 70s music that I listened to had a really sexy vibe (at least to me). I don't listen to it unless I want to get fired up.

So--

ABBA--Take A Chance on Me, Dancing Queen
Air Supply--Lost In Love
Ambrosia--You're The Only Woman, Biggest Part Of Me
The Bellamy Brothers--Let Your Love Flow

--and so on, ad nauseam.

My taste in music gets mocked a lot. I suppose it is a little bit off center. Even if I like a popular singer, I usually tend to prefer their smaller hits rather than their biggest ones.

Generally, anything by Barry Manilow or Neil Diamond will get me laughed at, but I like them.

Oh, and John Denver. People always rolled their eyes when I said I liked him.

I also enjoy Neil Diamond and Barry Manilow. I like to turn up Forever in Blue Jean's in the car and jam.

As for my embarrassing song? Right Said Fred, I'm too sexy. I love it.
Thanks for this!
