How are you feeling right now #4

I was eating Easter dinner and I felt like I was having a heart attack at the table because I was having chest pains and people probably thought I was being unfriendly but they can kiss my *** because I was legit in pain. I went to spread out on the couch and I feel a lot better. So it was probably just acid reflux.

Feel ok about my decision to not thaw the ham because that's one extra trudge through the metaphoric mud that I'm not quite ready to handle. The cooking, the cleaning, etc. And it's also not sitting there thawing risking total loss because I don't know yet the days this wake/funeral event is happening, but it would go to waste somehow, some way.

The stress of worry, though, that's now gone. The anxiety of the notifications in the family group chat, that's lifted as well.

Tired and a little hungry.

I am tired and I feel physically and emotionally drained.....it is another hot day here is Southern UK.

So. Much. Pain.

Pretty good. Had a nice dinner and now watching a movie.

I am in terrible head and neck pain right now. It’s about an 8. I almost feel like waking my mom up. The thing is I can’t even call into work today because someone is already calling in because it’s “Tony’s Birthday.” I feel really bad right now.

My certified massage therapist aunt told me to put a really hot towel on my neck. It made a huge difference in the pain.

I am tired and in emotional pain and there is no one I can share this with.

Really good. It's been difficult waiting to hear back from the job I applied for that I really want, but I have been coping well.

Just wait and see for me at this point.

I am upset and I feel sad,afraid and ill.

Kinda nauseated from eating a bag of Satellite Wafers.

Pretty good, but my nose it a bit stuffed. It feels like allergies.

Anxious this morning

I'm not feeling that well. Struggling with some SH feelings.

I had a piece of strawberry swirl bread to settle my night meds and I’ve heard bread is really good for settling meds, and it worked so my anxiety is going down.

This is where I am right now. I just don’t know.

Constipated due to stress. Yes, yes, TMI, but that's life!
