Woke up to a panic attack and so much anxiety that my inners are all twisted and spasmodic!
Someone needs to get my meds correct.

I feel shaky and disorientated.I want a lot of rest but have to unpack the food shop,it is being delivered tonight,then I have to do the washing up,change the cat litter and empty the bins and put the black sack out.

Kind of headachy. And still kind of groggy from all the melatonin I took last night even though I’ve had 2 cokes and 3 Pepsi’s today.

I am split in two,half of me is content and relaxed,the other half feels anxiety,a bit lost,restless,alone,lonely and abandoned.That is quite a complex mix.I also feel lost and I crave companionship,love and attention.

Ok so far. I just took the new 100 milligrams of Geodon. That’s the highest dose I’ve been on at night in about 9 years.
