I feel really sick to my stomach and like I’m having a reaction to something but there were a few scary stories on my news feed this afternoon so I may just be having a panic attack.

I’m confused.
I woke up wide awake at 1 after going to bed at 8. I woke up at 9:54 and then took a 5 milligram melatonin which apparently didn’t work. I had been up since 5:30 yesterday morning but I was also up from 2:30-4AM. I don’t get why my sleep is so messed up.

I am feeling starting to get depressed from having voices in my head for the last 24 hours

Nervous/Excited
Some anxiety/reluctance about going back to work tomorrow (after a long vacation). Also, a little anxious about my future plans. But despite the anxiety, I'm also looking forward to returning to work and going ahead with all of the things I've planned over the coming months. |

Concerned because I slept only 2 hours tonight and I don't feel tired. Scared of a full-blown mania or worse, a mixed state because I've felt depressed lately.
