I feel mighty proud of my preteen who is studying away on her home schooling homework, but prepared our dinner again tonight and tidied her room without being asked. It's constantly said that once preteens become teenagers, they become bolshy and rude. But I can't see that happening to my sweetie because she's always been placid. I'm also happy she wanted to learn to play my acoustic guitar.

I have a bad chest and am coughing and I have a virus throat infection so felt unwell all day.
Tonight I am comfortable, warm and wrapped in blanket on the sofa cat is curled up next to me. I feel ok.. could be worse. |

Stressed. Sort of disappointed in myself.. I took off Friday, Monday, and today (Tuesday) to try to shop for a new car, and haven't even done any test drives (!!!). I've just... gone in endless circles online, driving myself crazy, trying to research everything.
Cars are so hard! It's such a big decision! |

Just came back from the dentist. I had to get two fillings and turns out that it was worse than expected and I might need to go back for a root canal or to get my tooth pulled.
I hate going to the dentist, and having a numb mouth/face for the rest of the day isn't fun either but I've only got myself to blame really :/ |
