I feel very lonely. Today I had no one to talk to. A sister sent me a text explaining why she didn't text me back yesterday. I just said Okay. Nothing else was said. I'm tired of being alone.

I was pretty hungry until I took my night meds. I feel ok now. Maybe the topamax still works a bit.

Alone! I'm certain this reality is a dream and you people are different than me. I don't know who "humans" are. Maybe alters? I'm sooooooooooo tired of this senseless nightmare.

I am getting over the common cold and I have acid reflux which has caused me a cough and I have an inflammation in my arm which hurts in the muscles.
I feel tired all the time and I feel lousy....my mood is low all the time and I am battled with depression. I am alone all the time too. |

I am feeling yucky physically because I have a migraine and my shoulder, collar bone, and top of my arm are hurting.
