Mixed emotions this morning

Sleepy. Might go to bed earlier.

Depressed this afternoon

Sad. Tired. Kind of hopeless. Undirected. Lost. Alone. Sad!

I’m nervous about my appointment with my sleep specialist on Thursday. It’s a female doctor and I’ve had problems before with female doctors not taking me seriously.

I'm so sad, I miss my cat Belle. Rest in Peace, you're in heaven now my baby.

I was zoned out for a few minutes due to exhaustion and I was watching an episode of Spongebob that was supposed to be kinda psychedelic. It made me feel kinda trippy.

Very worried concerning my sister First and foremost I love my sister & vice versa. Situation She was suppose to pick me for an oral surgery followup. It was minor surgery Called me while I was out with a friend. Returned her call asap. Phoned her 2 more times. Never returned my call. Her only phone is a cellphone. Hope and pray she's okay. I do think one of the main purposes of a cellphone is to not miss calls. So since she owns one and no landline imho she should keep it with her all times. Feeling worry and some anger since I can only reach her on that device.

Kinda panicky and I’m not sure why.

Still hopeless and frustrated.

I went to use a meditation app late last night to relax, but forgot the code for my phone. (It's my work phone, and they make us change it every so often.)

I ended up locking my phone, tried again this morning... and the phone decided to reset itself. Everything is gone. It's so so frustrating. I couldn't log in to any of my work stuff, on my work computer, b/c I need an app on the phone to generate a code to log in. It's insane.

I'm putting the phone back together, but ugh. It's painful. And for some reason, the old wallpaper I had isn't available anymore (?) - I'm not sure why? I miss it! I liked it! I want it back!!!

And, just for fun, I decided to make Siri an Australian male voice this time around.

I’m feeling blah right now. My brother was having sudden medical problems last night and now he was just taken away in an ambulance. I’m having a lot of memories from when my dad was sick. Plus I have no idea what is going on with my brother. He’s only 29.

Intuition sucks.

I;m feeling great. Picked up my Celexa liquid form. Temporarily off the pills due to oral surgery. The oral surgeon said nothing hard so ergo the liquid. My sister told me she's considering taking me to a Phila. Sixers game. Super excited. Whoayeah!!!

I had skipped dinner since I had eaten at 2. I was feeling a bit headachy so I had some dilly bite pickles and a sparkling watermelon water and I’m feeling better.
