I feel like moving slowly, almost to a crawl. I wish I were more and better responsive to life. I feel older too but I know I am young at heart.

No joke I am terrified about my appointment with my sleep specialist tomorrow. She was recommended to me by my Pdoc and my therapist knows her too. But she’s a female doctor and I’ve had issues with female doctors not taking me seriously. All the doctors I’ve had in the past 1.5 years have been male and they have been great including the ER ones. My brother saw a female ER doctor yesterday and she was a total condescending ***** according to my mom. Yet I’ve gone to immediate care and ER maybe 5 times in the last year. All male doctors. No issue. I’m really, really nervous.

Just ate so my metab is using all my energy. Sated and satisfied with all at this point. For the next hour or so anyway.
