Terrible. Worst Ive felt for a while. I only needed one last chance but I've messed up I'm such an idiot. I let my feelings get in the way of everything good. I can't take anymore pain.

I feel absolutely awful. I’ve tried everything. Night meds, Xanax eating whatever I wanted. Nothing is helping. I feel so hopeless and anxious and everything.

Today I was rather irritated and ticked and it seems depression sometimes shows itself with anger coming out. You want to shout and throw a temper tantrum like a 3 year old almost. Was irritated at people talking and wanted to concentrate, who’s bright idea was it, who thought pods or cubicles were such a good idea. Argh, grr, hmph. Just venting.
