I hate exercising. I don't know why I hate it so much, but it's all I can do to get myself onto the treadmill or any other exercise activity. I have to cajole myself into starting, though it's not quite so bad once I get started.
Do you hate exercise this much, but still somehow get yourself to do it? How do you get yourself to start? OK, this post is itself procrastination on doing my exercises. Time to start... |
