Talk to me about tofu, please. How do you fix it? Did it take you long to adjust to it?

If I remember what it looks like, it is weird looking, but I am willing to be adventurous and try new things. I do love to experiment!
Tofu is wonderful! I've been eating it since I was a teen a thousand years ago

There must be loads of tofu recipes online. I learned one recipe from an old hippie friend of my husband's. I slice the tofu in rectangles, then fry them in a bit of butter and tamari (or soy sauce). Let each rectangle get good and crispy at the edges and you have a nice meal, if you add some veggies on the side. Or, just a tasty snack by itself.

And I'll be darned - here's a recipe...a bit different than mine, but sounds great!

I may be here for Thanksgiving. I’m not sure. I know the right thing to do is go to my cousins. Depending on if I got Black Friday off from work I may feel like dealing with my family. If I’m working I have an excuse.

Paprika!! I can't remember what it tastes like, but I am familiar with it. What does it taste like? Would it be easy to start cooking with?
Paprika - i bought some recently, and i swear it makes everything taste like hot dogs. Also i love me some chicken paprikash!

@HappyCrafter Tofu itself is very plain but it easily absorbs any sauce that is put on it so it ends up tasting like the sauce.
