Anxious this morning

I am feeling got at,I had a disagreement online,some man patronized me,treated me like a fearful female who expressed personal beliefs and displays emotional reasoning in
an argument over whether 5G is safe or not,he approached me like I was an ignorant frightened female getting info from dodgy sources and as if I needed rescuing from my own ignorance and false information that was making me afraid.I felt belittled and spoken to as if I was stupid.I feel small now and angry and like I am of little intelligence.In fact this man is a mainstream idiot,ego driven and talks down to women,I do not deserve the disrespect and inbuilt belittling he foisted upon me just with his attitude in his answers to me.****ing male chauvenist!

I'm missing Dad, not helped by my daughter finding a photo of him with her and me all together, arm in arm and looking joyful. It made us cry. These fleeting feelings you think move conveniently far away enough to let us get on with living - and then back come the memories and I'm reduced to a crying tearful mess and my daughter is crying beside me.

Made an appointment to go back to the psy. I can’t get a grip on the grief of all the estrangement. Talking about sending me away to some expensive inpatient program.

I honestly can't identify what it is I feel sometimes. Maybe a bit dissociated.

I feel kind of cruddy. Headache got worse, and I've been in bed for a couple hours. My brother just got out of jail this weekend and was supposed to go straight to a rehab place, I'm not sure if he did, but I now have 2 messages on my answering machine (I could hear him talking, but was in bed, so didn't hear what he said)... I'm feeling sick enough that I don't really have the energy to be present for him right now (which is why I didn't pick up).

Just... bleh.

I am at a 4/10...

Annoyed with myself for being needlessly triggered last night over Dad, but otherwise I feel okay.

Right now, I feel quite stable within myself. It's a good feeling.
