How are you feeling right now #6?

I was going to see a film today but got to cinema complex at midday,ate at the pub,then I was too tired to see the film.
I had to wait 45 mins for a taxi home cos the road from my estate was closed for the day.
I eventually got home but was very tired....I have been resting...I still feel bombarded with problems and overwhelmed with all I have to do
but the rest of today and tonight I am just going to rest.

I ate too much, and some of it was not the healthiest type food. I don't exactly feel sick, but am uncomfortable about it.

I feel panic...though somewhat under control. Also feeling pretty dysphoric again. Something's got to change. I'm in the process of screwing up my relationship.

Depressed this afternoon

I want to go to bed but it’s barely 4 in the afternoon. I don’t feel like there’s anything really wrong I think it’s just really bad seasonal depression and fear of the unknown.

Very tired. Can't get much work done like this.

Earlier I tried to sleep; didn't work. Though still tired I'll try again later.

A little down with SAD.

Insomnia and Idk what caused it.

I've been triggering the past 24 hrs but starting to feel better now.

Bit of anger in my heart today. Real life social interactions are all going a bit haywire. I had one nice chat with a certain gentleman though, so that's okay.

Feeling more level, the sea is calmer now.

No liftoff on sleep attempt number one, but I did meditate for an hour.

I have a bit of the heebie jeebies from being up since midnight and not eating since 3PM yesterday.

I'm in tears right now, and I've been crying at times throughout the day.

Depressed this morning

Not great, but getting there.

Feeling a little bit sad, a little bit apprehensive, tired, but a sliver of hope gives me a somewhat positive direction. As others have mentioned, I think the season has a big influence.

We haven't seen the sun in over a week. I'm sitting in front of my light box, but it provides little relief. All the grey & darkness affect my mood.

I'm feeling better.

Bleh. Tired, little bit of a headache, cramps, and just... unsure what to do with my life. Work went from "so busy I don't have time to get lunch" to absolutely nothing, zero, zilch, bored out of my mind and feeling like I don't exist.

I need to focus and get my life on track.

Me too,I need to put some effort and energy into achieving my goals,I am too anxious and reticient.
Right now I would love a cuddle,some attention,some affection,some encouragement but not likely to get any of that,so
keep on keeping on,stay out of trouble,I guess.

So tired.
