Feeling good this "morning". It's not really morning where I am. It would be better classified as the middle of the night. But still. I woke up early.

This morning I overcame a triggered memory and thanks to my girlfriend and daughter, I feel much better and able to move on.

I am feeling wound up and restless,overwhelmed with struggles too.I feel stressed,I have a lot of appointments to attend,doctor,dentist,weight loss management
and an all day workshop on trauma and recovery to attend,I also am visiting my mum in the care home,she is blind,immobile and has dementia. My own personal issues still haven't been resolved,my weight problem diabetes,which I am working on ,PTSD,and insecurities.I also want to train to become a counselor and I have DIY in my house needs doing and decorating.I must find a way to deal with my personal insecurities and intimacy fears so I can form close relationships.It's so hard. |

I am bored and lonely as I wait for my wife to return home from work. This is a daily occurrence. I need to develop some activities that get me out around other people during the daytime.

I woke up at 1:45 really anxious and panicky. I thought I had to work and then realized I didn’t. I’m still really anxious for some reason.
