How are you feeling right now #6?

The lens of my life is so blurry that I need a microfiber cloth to see more clearly.

Exhausted because of my depression .

Getting a cold. I'm trying zinc lozenges to ward it off.

I read that taking a hot bath can burn calories. So I took an incredibly hot bath and then an incredibly hot shower. Now I feel kinda sick to my stomach.

I am feeling better.

Feeling more relaxed than I have in a very long time. I think I've finally come through some mental obstacles. I'll give it a couple more months to make sure.

Really super tired.

I am feeling like the early bird who catches a cold instead of a worm. No, not really.

Anxious this morning

Depressed this afternoon

Just kind of angry because I was going to get international health insurance but they declined me on the basis of my mental illness.

I sweated it out in the tub again but only lasted 19 minutes before I got so dizzy I had to get out and sit down on the bathroom floor. I tried hot tea after that and now I just feel kinda sick to my stomach. I think “sweating it out” is working though.

Right now I am feeling lots of feelings, one of which is knowing how lucky I am.

Feeling better now.

Ive been really tired but ive been getting good sleep and i think im depressed but dissociating which means at some point in the near future, depression’s gonna be too much to solve by dissociating and hit me like a train and i am NOT looking forward to that

I am frazzled.

I woke up confused about every thing and incredibly anxious and super sick to my stomach. Plus I have this dumb Spice Girls song stuck in my head.

Depressed this morning

I feel pretty calm at the moment, although my left knee is hurting. It's been hurting off and on since around Christmas. I have a high pain tolerance (walked around on a broken ankle for three days before I knew it was broken) so I never really know if the pain is severe enough to endure a doctor appointment.

Right now I'm feeling tired, but ok otherwise.

I feel ok but I’m really anxious and I know it’s because I need visteral but it is strewn all over bottom of the garbage can in the garage so that is not an option until I can get a refill.

Like a feral cat. Angry as ****.

Vaguely optimistic. I think my current project, which is unique and unlike anything I've ever written, could be the one where I hit it big. I've been doing some research and I don't think anyone's ever written a novel like it. Of course, the tricky part will be figuring out how to spread the word (e.g. marketing) without spending any money.

A little anxious from texting someone who won’t respond- ghosted again...but that doesn’t mean I won’t keep gently trying and not giving up.
