Me, feeling better than I have in a while, which is good.

Mixed emotions this afternoon

@mote.of.soul No. No new meds. Someone suggested it could be the cold weather. I've never experienced this though...and I don't think I'm dehydrated...drinking tons of water...i dunno! Seems to be a little bit better now though. I did just take my vitamins before that last post...maybe it was that. Had this last night too though...guess that was post vitamins too though (??). Probably. Anyway,

feeling slightly better with the thirst. Emotionally- the fact that I was once 26lbs lighter (in not too distant past) and for the life of me can't seem to drop 2lbs and keep it off has me a bit peeved and sad, but otherwise I'm feeling pretty okay!

I am mediocre,am feeling a bit down and in the dumps.
The cold weather isn't helping,I am trying to stay upbeat.
I have a weight management class tomorrow and on friday I am meeting my niece.
We are going to see a film and eat at the pub.
I am trying to keep my moods stable,this is not always possible though.
Tonight I am managing but not too well.

I’m still in a lot of pain but I decided to take my lamictal at noon since I forgot it last night, so I’m feeling much better mentally.

Now I'm worried.

What is it @giddykitty, if you don't mind me asking?

Me - feeling centered and appreciative of such a state of mind, tbh. Been such a bumpy ride, but I must not look back.

I rearranged my guest bedroom bed this afternoon. It was facing the road outside of my roommate's house before, now it's parallel with the road. There's a diagram in the link below. I chose #1 because before that, the bed was in the #6 position (drain of wealth, energy and vitality).

I can barely move my legs because of yesterday, and my cold is acting up so I can only breathe through my mouth. Sometimes I think there’s something very wrong with me.

@mote.of.soul I'm worried that one of the groups i follow is going to end and I'm going to lose all my friends that I've made there because the website was down today. Plus, there had already been talk about it, although that was meant to be in the far future like next year. Still. I'm worried. And worried for the wellbeing of my friends and all the folks there. :/

Maybe if/when the time comes, you will all swap ph numbers and email addresses and everything will be okay. I'm sure things will work out when the time comes.

ok, so now I'm really starting to worry and be confused. I received an email saying that the site has been updated, but I still can't get on. Makes me wonder if I've been blocked! I don't understand it though. I was never warned or contacted about any misbehavior. It's gotta be a mistake. Something's up. I dunno. I actually have one contact from the inside and another who might look into it, but if anyone here would like to PM me to check for me if it's running, I can give you the link. Anyway, hope this all sorts out or my anxiety is gonna come back full swing again. Bleh! :/

Utterly despondent over poor book sales. I continue to pray but to little effect.

I am feeling ok but a bit sleepy still this morning,it is fresh outside,cool and windy but we have the door open to gain the benefit of fresh air.
It feels good,the cats don't want to go out but are sitting by the open patio door taking the fresh air in!

I am calm at the moment.

I had an ok day,I am feeling low tonight again,it's the weather,there is pressure in the air making me feel low.

Sometimes it happens that I spend time baking something major during the day, only to find I have zero motivation to cook dinner. I have no idea what to make.
